Third-Party Building Inspection and Permitting Services for Ross Township

Ross Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party building inspection and permitting services for residential and nonresidential activities regulated by the Uniform Construction Code. The selected vendor will perform commercial plan reviews and inspections, assist full-time code administrators, and utilize Township-provided administrative software. Onsite performance is required in Ross Township, Pennsylvania. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations with personnel certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry to perform plan reviews and inspections. Applicants must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on December 10, 2026. The Township will evaluate submissions based on firm qualifications and certifications, staffing, administrative capability, municipal references, and cost of services.
