Provide Shuttle Services for PATH and Port Authority Employees on As-Needed Basis

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey requires a contractor to furnish all equipment, labor, materials, and facilities to operate a ground transportation shuttle service for PATH and Port Authority employees on an as-needed basis. Work performance is onsite in New York, and the selected contractor must assign at least one vehicle driver to each required route according to schedule specifications. The solicitation is open to US onshore organizations. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bonfire by 11:00 AM ET on November 12, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET, followed by a site visit on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. The resulting contract term will be for four years.
