Ventura County Transportation Commission Intercity Fixed Route Transit and Vehicle Maintenance Services

The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is seeking qualified transportation contractors to operate regional intercity fixed route transit services. The scope of work includes delivering ADA-compliant fixed route intercity transit and vehicle maintenance services originating and terminating within Ventura County, as well as designated portions of southern Santa Barbara County and west Los Angeles County. Services are projected to begin on May 4, 2027. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA contractors. VCTC will host an optional pre-proposal conference on October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Applicants must submit questions in writing by November 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time, and final proposals are due by 1:00 p.m. local time on December 4, 2026.
