Comprehensive Onsite Custodial Services for Government Facilities in APO AE

The U.S. Air Force 31st Contracting Squadron is seeking proposals for comprehensive, onsite custodial services for government facilities located in APO AE. Scope of work includes routine cleaning of flooring, stairways, restrooms, locker rooms, benches, walls, and interior and exterior glass surfaces. Contractors must maintain hard floors free of grit, soil, dust, stains, and foreign matter, while adhering to special cleaning requirements for sensitive areas. Additional fixed-price line items cover emergency floor cleaning and specific facility levels including O&M facilities, DRMO, AFN, and AMC Terminal buildings.
