Janitorial Services — US Department of Agriculture (USDA)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service requires general janitorial and compound cleaning services for the Blackduck Ranger District office compound in Blackduck, MN. The scope covers twice-weekly cleaning of office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms; monthly cleaning of cabinets, windowsills, and outbuilding spaces; semi-annual carpet shampooing, window washing, and bunkhouse cleaning; and annual garbage container washing. The contractor must provide carpet shampooing equipment and shampoo, while the Forest Service will supply all other necessary incidentals and cleaning supplies. Only USA organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid on this opportunity. All work must be performed onsite during regular business hours between 0800 and 1600, Monday through Friday, with office cleaning taking place twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. The agency is currently seeking proposals for this requirement.
