District Architectural and Engineering Services for School District Facility Projects

The Clarke County School District requests proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for upcoming planned projects. The requested scope includes one new build and one renovation for Early Learning Centers, one new build and three renovations for Career Academy classroom or lab buildings, additions and renovations for eight elementary schools, three gym renovations, additions and renovations for three high schools, and renovations for six district general service buildings. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the vendor must perform the work offsite in their own office premises. Qualified firms must submit their proposals to the SPLOST Office at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, by 1:00 PM EST on December 8, 2026.
