Online Auction Services for New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services seeks a vendor to provide online auction services. The contractor must provide and maintain all software and hardware managing the online auction system, assign a dedicated account representative, and prepare individual lots by taking photographs, writing descriptions, and entering data into the web platform. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must submit proposals by December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and submit all questions no later than November 18, 2026. The evaluation committee will score proposals using a 100-point scale based on the premium and fee proposal, service delivery and system functionality, bidder's experience, marketing capabilities, and experience with state online auction services. The State will award a Not to Exceed contract to the bidder with the highest evaluation score.
