City of Miramar Special Events Janitorial Services

The City of Miramar seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide special events janitorial services on an as-needed basis for city-sponsored events with 500 to 5,000 attendees. The awarded contractor must maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and event-ready conditions across City facilities for events such as concerts, festivals, graduations, and sporting events throughout a two-year contract term. Eligible proposers must be licensed in Florida, have operated as the same business entity for at least two years, have two years of relevant experience, and provide three references from the Continental US.
