Owner Advisor Services for Water Quality Master Plan Phase I

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans requires a registered professional engineering firm licensed in Louisiana to provide Owner Advisor services for the Water Quality Master Plan Phase I project. The selected advisor will assist from inception through completion using the Construction Manager at Risk collaborative delivery method, handling administrative and project management, delivery method analysis, CMAR procurement support, preconstruction and design coordination, and construction phase commissioning oversight. Eligible onshore United States firms must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST, either in person or via teleconference. Proposers must submit questions by November 13, 2026, and deliver their digital technical proposals and separate cost proposals via email or online by December 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST. The contract will run for a term of one year.
