Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst for Database Replacement and Administration Services

Wilshire Boulevard Temple seeks a full-time Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst to support the replacement of its legacy Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database with Salesforce. The selected candidate will facilitate discovery sessions, convert stakeholder processes into requirements and user stories, liaise with the implementation partner, test releases, and manage day-to-day administration for over 100 staff users. Duties also include building reports, maintaining declarative tools, managing security, and ensuring data quality. Eligible applicants must be United States organizations for offsite performance, possessing at least two years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, data management background, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
