Church Engagement Systems, Strategy, and Operations Support Consultancy Service

The Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Church Engagement team requires a consultant to deliver church engagement systems, strategy, and operations support. The chosen vendor will establish a Salesforce nomenclature guide, provide staff training, generate reports and a monitoring dashboard, test partner reporting tools, maintain data quality, and update MS Teams file architecture. Additional scope includes designing monthly progress reviews, tracking team-wide OKRs, and developing collaborative operational structures. Only onshore USA organizations or individual consultants may apply. Services will be performed remotely across an anticipated contract period of December 1, 2026, to January 29, 2027, capped at 100 billable hours.
