Milwaukee County Professional Services for Habitat Restoration Plan Design

The Milwaukee County Department of Parks seeks professional consulting services to design a Habitat Restoration Plan for the Milwaukee River Greenway Wildlife Enhancements Area of Concern project. Eligible onshore U.S. organizations must deliver required work onsite and provide technical planning expertise for the designated habitat areas. Applicants must submit proposals online through the Bonfire portal by January 6, 2027, at 5:00 PM. A pre-proposal meeting takes place virtually on November 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM, and questions are due by December 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM. An Evaluation Committee will evaluate responsive submissions based on work history, technical experience, resources, and technical merit in combination with cost proposal scoring. The County will calculate cost points relative to the lowest proposed cost.
