Emergency Debris and Disaster Recovery Services and Base Camp Operations

The City of Palm Beach Gardens seeks a contractor to provide emergency debris and disaster recovery services following natural or man-made disasters, severe weather events, or building collapses. The selected vendor will review debris generation, disposal capacity, and resource needs based on local projections while assisting in developing procedures for debris segregation, monitoring, collection, recycling, and final disposition. Work includes handling vegetative debris, construction materials, household debris, white goods, hazardous materials, and infrastructure obstructions, as well as providing National Incident Management System base camp capabilities with billeting and mobile kitchen trailers. Only onshore United States entities are eligible to bid, and vendors must perform the work onsite. Contractors may submit responses digitally via email or online.
