Hauling Municipal and Non-Municipal Solid Waste for Skull Valley Transfer Station

Yavapai County seeks a single contractor to haul municipal solid waste and non-municipal solid waste from the Skull Valley Transfer Station to designated disposal facilities. The awarded vendor must furnish, operate, and maintain waste containers, hauling vehicles, backup equipment, and properly licensed drivers to provide offsite hauling services. Contractors must also secure all loads, deliver them to approved facilities, and submit all required operational records to the County. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must list all proposed hauling equipment on an Equipment List form and quote rates on a 40 cubic yard per load per mile basis for both single and double hauls. Vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
