Bella Vista Annual Statements of Qualifications for Engineering, Architectural, and Surveying Services

The City of Bella Vista seeks statements of qualifications from onshore USA organizations for engineering, architectural, construction management, and land surveying services under RFQ 26-03. Responders must describe their experience in providing identical or similar services, detail staff qualifications, and supply client references. Evaluation will establish a final ranking of firms and may also include oral interviews. Proposals are due Monday, December 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Standard Time. Submissions may be emailed to [email protected] as a PDF of up to twenty-five pages, or delivered via mail or USB drive in sealed envelopes containing three hard copies to PO Box 5655, Bella Vista, AR 72714.
