POST Certified On-Call Security Officer Services for Detainee Custody

The City of Aurora seeks qualified firms to provide POST-certified on-call armed security officer services. Selected personnel will maintain secure detention and continuous observation of individuals in police custody at medical facilities, prevent escapes and unauthorized contact, coordinate with hospital staff, and respond to security incidents. Eligibility requires onshore USA organizations. Prospective offerors may attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 5, 2026, at 2:15 p.m. MT, and must submit all questions by November 6, 2026. Proposals must be uploaded electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet) no later than 2:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
