Town of Upton Real Property Parcel Data Collection Services for Fiscal Years 2027-2032

The Town of Upton seeks competitive proposals for the collection of real property parcel data for fiscal years 2027 through 2032. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Prospective vendors may obtain copies of the RFP by emailing Town Manager Kristen Rubin. Interested parties must email all questions to the Town Manager by November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Applicants must submit proposals to the Office of the Town Manager at 1 Main Street, Upton, MA 01568, no later than November 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities, and award a contract in the Town's best interest.
