Sports Wagering Platforms Research Services — COMMONWEALTH OF M ASSACHUSETTS

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks an onshore US organization to provide sports wagering platforms research services. The selected contractor must conduct a study examining underage access to sports wagering platforms and identifying best practices in prevention. This research must draw upon academic and non-academic literature, new qualitative or quantitative data, Massachusetts and other jurisdictional data, prior Massachusetts gambling research, key informant interviews, and other available records. Eligibility is restricted to US organizations, and the work requires onsite performance in Massachusetts. Interested vendors must submit all questions by November 17, 2026.
