Utility Mapping and Subsurface Utility Detection Services for Salt Lake Community College

Salt Lake Community College requires consultant services to investigate, survey, and map existing utilities across its Redwood, South City, Larry H. Miller, and Jordan campuses. The selected consultant must deliver composite utility maps, separate utility layers, and georeferenced ARCGIS data in searchable PDF and editable AutoCAD formats covering electrical distribution, culinary water, irrigation water mainlines, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, communications, steam, and utility tunnels. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors may submit proposals digitally via email or online, with all questions due no later than December 3, 2026, following a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 11, 2026. Fee proposals must include a separate total for each utility system covering all four campuses, alongside records review, detection, survey, and mapping costs.
