Scope of work
- Serve as Labor Counsel for the County of Cumberland
- Provide labor counsel and labor law related services for the County of Cumberland
- Provide advice concerning various labor matters and issues to the County of Cumberland
Minimum qualifications
- Licensed and certified by the State of New Jersey
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar for a minimum of ten (10) years
- Concentrated law practice in the field of State and Federal Labor Law for a minimum of ten (10) years
- Fully licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of five (5) years' current experience representing Governmental Entities
- Minimum of five (5) years' current experience in appearing before the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC)
- Familiarized with Civil Service Rules, Regulations and dealing with PERC
