The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a modernized, integrated, web-based compliance monitoring software solution to manage all MBE, WBE, VBE, and SBE program activities within a single platform. The requested system must replace manual payment report collection with electronic reporting, manage vendor certification workflows, provide a unified vendor profile, and track compliance reviews, prompt payments, and apprentice hour requirements. Additionally, the software must support contract closeout reporting, monitor technical assistance participation, and deliver real-time reporting dashboards for staff, management, and the public.
