City of Midland Street Sweeping and Debris Removal Project Services

The City of Midland seeks an onshore United States organization to provide street sweeping project services for an onsite, three-year contract. The contractor must remove all dirt, leaves, twigs, branches, mud, silt, sand, paper, rocks, cans, glass, and other debris regardless of scope and level. Work areas encompass curb lines along both sides of roadways, edges of pavement where no curbs exist, curbs on raised medians, painted medians, intersection cross gutters, and inverted streets. The contractor must sweep in the direction of traffic flow, with overnight sweeping permitted on arterial and downtown streets at the contractor's discretion. Applicants must submit questions no later than November 11, 2026. The city accepts digital responses submitted via email or online and requires a bid bond with submission.
