Emergency Debris and Disaster Recovery Standby Services

The buyer seeks emergency debris and disaster recovery services on a standby basis following natural disasters, catastrophic events, or other emergencies. The scope requires comprehensive emergency debris management, pre-disaster standby services, activation, emergency operations center and field management, debris collection passes, priority debris removal, and operation of temporary debris staging and reduction sites. Contractors must mechanically collect and transport vegetative, construction, and demolition debris from public rights-of-way to designated disposal or reduction facilities, while adhering to dust control, site safety, and utility protection standards. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must take place onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The resulting contract will have a five-year term.
