Floor Rehabilitation Services for Transfer Station Tipping Floor

Escambia County Waste Services Department seeks a qualified contractor to rehabilitate approximately 5,000 square feet of the transfer station tipping floor in Pensacola, Florida. The required scope includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, mobilization, safety measures, cleanup, and incidentals. Specific tasks involve saw cutting and mechanically removing existing concrete, shot blasting the substrate, applying a compatible bonding agent or primer, placing a manufactured heavy-duty cementitious topping, and installing or restoring control joints.
