Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary Canal Design and Site Surveys

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide professional engineering services to a government authority located in Oregon. The selected vendor must coordinate surveying, geotechnical, hydraulic, civil, and other specialty disciplines necessary for preliminary design, while delivering concise monthly progress summaries. Scope tasks include reviewing conceptual alignments, hydraulic assumptions, planning-level cost details, District records, and geologic information. Additionally, the vendor will establish horizontal and vertical survey controls, survey existing canal features, access roads, and structures, and create a targeted field exploration program for unstable slopes and trench conditions.
