OPEB Trust Administration and Investment Advisory Services for Hopkins Public Schools

Independent School District No. 270 (Hopkins Public Schools) seeks competitive proposals from qualified trust companies and financial institutions to provide OPEB Trust Administration Services and investment advisory services. Services must comply with Minnesota Statutes Sections 118A.04 and 356A.06, as well as GASB Statement No. 75, for the district's existing revocable Other Post-Employment Benefits Trust currently valued at approximately $19 million. The selected administrator will deliver trust management, investment advice, daily online valuation, reporting, and asset management. These services must accommodate an estimated $565,000 annual reimbursement schedule while preserving principal and achieving long-term capital growth. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore USA organizations performing the work offsite.
