On-Site 340B Contract Retail Pharmacy Services for Fair Oaks Health Center

The County of San Mateo seeks proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a sublease agreement and operate an on-site 340B retail contract pharmacy. The pharmacy will be located inside the Fair Oaks Health Center in Redwood City, California, to deliver comprehensive pharmacy services to clinic patients. Eligibility is limited to onshore, United States organizations. Proposals are due by November 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with all questions due by November 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Proposals may be submitted digitally online or by email, with fee proposals submitted as a separate PDF file. The County will evaluate submissions based on project approach (30 points), firm qualifications (25 points), price (25 points), team qualifications (20 points), and up to 10 preferential points for local businesses or nonprofits. The resulting contract will have a five-year term.
