The Defense Logistics Agency Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (DLA FMWR) requests information and expressions of interest from commercial vendors, local craft merchants, corporate sponsors, and advertisers for the 2026 McNamara Headquarters Complex Holiday Social. The onsite indoor event will occur on December 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, featuring seasonal gift and craft markets, festive activities, and community outreach. Interested participants must complete the Vendor Application & Interest Form and email it to [email protected] by November 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Confirmed participants must execute a formal contract through the DLA NAF Contracting Office, submit background vetting forms, and remit a payment of $250.00 per table space by November 24, 2026.
