Access to Springer Nature Online Journals, eBooks, and Subscribed Databases

The National Institutes of Health Library seeks a contractor to provide agency staff and served Health and Human Services personnel with web-based access to select Springer Nature journals, purchased eBook collections, and databases such as Springer Protocols.
