CalHHS OTSI Case Management Information and Payrolling System Telesign Platform RFQ

The California Health and Human Services Agency, Office of Technology and Solutions Integration requests quotes for a Telesign service platform to support the Case Management Information and Payrolling System. The platform must connect, protect, and defend the customer experience with intelligence gathered from digital interactions and mobile signals. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 9, 2026. Proposals may be submitted digitally via email or online to the Procurement Official. The State will evaluate bids using a pass/fail administrative check followed by a cost evaluation based on the Quote Worksheet grand total, awarding the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest cost.
