Data and Database Consulting Services for Aerospace Materials Research

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide data and database consulting services for an agency conducting advanced materials research and development in high-temperature carbon fibre composite materials for aerospace applications. The contractor will develop a production data model, determine when to impose normalization and structure on ingested data, and manage ingestion and transformation through an orchestration process that alerts administrators to failures, missing data, or corruption.
