Infrastructure Grant Program Services for Jefferson County Round 3

Jefferson County seeks proposals for the Infrastructure Grant Program for Jefferson County – Round 3 to support strategic capital projects that strengthen local infrastructure, economic growth, housing, and community development. The county will evaluate completed proposals in anticipation of awarding a contract. Eligible United States organizations may submit proposals electronically via the Jefferson County Purchasing Department webpage or deliver sealed proposals in person or by mail to the Historic Court House in Watertown, New York. Submissions are due by January 4, 2027, at 3:00 PM EST, and submissions by fax or email are not permitted. Offerors must submit all questions through the Jefferson County Purchasing Department bid portal. Selected contractors must satisfy strict insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability, Disability, Commercial General Liability, and Motor Vehicle Liability coverages.
