Planning and Environmental Services for Merced Government Authority

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide planning and environmental services offsite for a government authority located in Merced, California. The scope of work includes preparing agency documents such as initial studies, exemptions, declarations, and Environmental Impact Reports/Statements, as well as providing defensible environmental determinations and reviewing complex development entitlements, specific plans, and subdivision maps. The contractor must also implement the General Plan and Zoning Code, coordinate applications among sensitive habitat areas, visit project sites, prepare visual materials and reports, and respond to public and agency inquiries.
