Statewide Bridge Management Plans Service for Minnesota Government Authority

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide statewide bridge management plans service to a government authority located in Minnesota. The selected contractor must develop bridge-specific strategies to guide program decisions and maximize service life, addressing short- to medium-term scoping needs over the next ten to fifteen years while providing cost-effective life cycle analyses over the next fifty years. Work includes formulating preventive maintenance and investment recommendations, estimating remaining service life and lower component condition ratings, and identifying vulnerable or critical bridge elements alongside treatment strategies and inspection best practices. The contractor will also define action timing, traffic maintenance, and related life cycle costs, as well as identify information gaps in load rating or condition. Eligible applicants must be onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will take place offsite.
