Property Management Services for Residential Rental Housing Portfolio

The District of Columbia Housing Authority requires a property management firm to manage a residential rental housing portfolio located in Washington, DC. The selected vendor must establish controls for timely rent collection, assess special charges, pursue bad debts, and carry out evictions for non-compliant tenants.
