Scope of work

- Maintaining and submitting the Daily Log Checklist (Attachment F)
- Submitting detailed monthly written inspection reports
- Maintaining and managing janitorial storage areas, product labeling, and Safety Data Sheets
- Providing special cleaning and additional emergency janitorial services as requested
Minimum qualifications
- Experienced and reputable company with established quality assurance processes and procedures
- Compliance with DOC and P&P District background investigation and security requirements
- Completion of annual sexual harassment training and PREA training requirements
- Registration and participation in the E-Verify program for contracts over $50,000
- Authorization to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia via State Corporation Commission
