Biosolids Hauling and Disposal Services for Thurston County Wastewater Treatment Plants

Thurston County Public Works requires a contractor to provide biosolids hauling and disposal services for its county-owned and operated wastewater treatment plants. The contractor will load, haul, unload, and dispose of biosolids in compliance with applicable laws, provide per-load tracking documentation, and submit an annual summary report detailing work activities. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. entities, and the resulting contract will cover a one-year term. Proposers must submit all questions by November 30, 2026.
