Graphic Design and Related Services for Zoning Bylaw and Housing Accelerator Fund Initiatives

The Corporation of the City of Burlington seeks graphic design, illustration, and visualization services for its Zoning Bylaw and Housing Accelerator Fund initiatives. Required deliverables include a visual style guide, draft and final illustration packages, editable source files, publication-ready files, and optional additional visualization support. Only registered Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 20, 2026, and deliver electronic proposals through the Bidding System by 2:00 p.m. local time on November 26, 2026. Quoted prices must be firm, in Canadian funds, and exclude Harmonized Sales Tax.
