Geneva SCADA Upgrade Project for Generation Integration Services

The City of Geneva Electric Department requires a contractor to provide integration services for upgraded Allen Bradley or Rockwell Automation HMI software used to monitor and control its system. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Contractors and subcontractors must pay prevailing wage rates as established by the Department of Labor or the Kane County Court of Appeal. Bidders must submit duplicate sealed bids using the City of Geneva bid forms to the City Administrator by 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 23, 2026. Bids must include a lump-sum price, any requested separate or alternate prices without escalation clauses, and manufacturer specifications. The project requires no bid deposit or performance bond, and manufacture or assembly must commence within ten calendar days after the written notice to proceed.
