Family Support Center Services and Computer Education for Public Housing Residents

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide family support center services for a government authority in Erie, Pennsylvania. The selected vendor must deliver or partner with an agency to provide social service counseling for public housing students, develop programs addressing residents' quality of life, and connect families to community resources. Additional responsibilities include offering individualized, family-driven support that respects family culture, as well as developing and implementing service plans for immigrant and refugee residents. The contractor must also conduct computer education classes covering basic computer instruction for 40 adult residents across a 12-month period.
