Workers Compensation Claims Management and No Fault Claims Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide workers' compensation claims management and no-fault claims services under applicable Workers' Compensation Laws, case law, and administrative regulations. The contractor must perform claims management and administration, generate reports, conduct periodic supervisory file reviews, and review files transferred to legal counsel for hearings. Additionally, the contractor will participate in monthly claims meetings upon reasonable notice to analyze claims, recommend and implement corrective actions, monitor results, and allow the County to independently select vendors for medical case management, diagnostics, surveillance, and other services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. The contract will span a three-year period, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
