DFCM Refuse Removal and Container Services for Hurricane Public Safety and Tax Commission

The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is issuing an Invitation to Bid for refuse services at the Hurricane Public Safety and Tax Commission facility. The awarded contractor must supply one six-yard refuse container to remain on-site, provide weekly pickups and any requested additional pickups, and transport and dispose of refuse for a three-year contract term running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Only onshore U.S. organizations complying with Utah license laws may participate. Interested bidders must submit questions through the U3P website by November 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and complete electronic bid submissions via U3P before November 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM. DFCM will evaluate proposals using standard low-bid procurement procedures to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
