Employee Health Services for Henrico County General Government

The County of Henrico seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive employee health services for general government. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and professional services on a 24/7/365 basis, including substance abuse testing, laboratory services, and radiology services such as chest x-rays during normal operating hours. Services must be rendered at the contractor's facilities or satellite sites, with courier support provided for specimens and records. All responsible onshore U.S. organizations may submit proposals, but offerors must provide responsible offeror certifications covering defaults, terminations, and debarments. Offerors must submit all questions by November 16, 2026. Proposals containing one complete electronic copy and one redacted copy in PDF format must be submitted through Virginia's eVA platform by December 8, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.
