Fine Arts Contracted Services

The Pearland Independent School District in Pearland, Texas is seeking vendors to provide fine arts contracted services that support and enrich fine arts instruction, creative learning experiences, and professional development for students and staff. The agency intends to supplement, rather than replace, district instructional staff through services delivered on a short-term, recurring, or as-needed basis across multiple fine arts disciplines. The scope of work covers instructional coaching, masterclasses, clinics, student instruction, and creative learning experiences. Additionally, the agency requires performance support, choreography, composition, arranging, professional development for fine arts staff, community-based arts partnerships, judging, and cultural enrichment activities. All contracted work must be performed offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
