Small Business Credit Initiative Business Venture Direct Program Service

The Oregon Business Development Department in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to support the State Small Business Credit Initiative Business Venture Direct Program. This initiative provides financial support to small businesses by deploying capital through Capital Access Programs and Other Credit Support Programs. The agency needs to establish the legal and organizational structure of the investment vehicle, which includes forming an investment committee, establishing the legal entity structure, and instituting accounting and reporting processes that satisfy federal treasury guidelines. The selected partner must establish relationships with a wide range of leading investors to ensure awareness of the vehicle and to attract co-investors.
