Cloud-Based Electronic Fax Solution

The buyer seeks a secure, cloud-based electronic fax solution to protect Protected Health Information, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise collaboration platforms. The contractor must deliver a cloud-only SaaS platform, configure Microsoft Teams integration for in-interface faxing, provide web portal and API access, and support Azure AD / Entra ID SSO and Zero Trust architecture. Requested services include 24/7 technical support, user and administrator training, user guides, standard operating procedures, and integrations with Microsoft Teams, EHR systems, and optionally Exchange Online / Outlook. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA organization operating onshore. The required software must hold an active FedRAMP Moderate or High Authorization ATO. The contractor will perform all work offsite for a one-year contract period. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
