Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model Advisor Service

The buyer seeks an Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model Advisor to design, develop, and implement tools, projects, and prototypes that leverage AI and large language models across agency programs and country offices. The selected consultant designs tool chains for data science tasks, such as data cleaning pipelines, technical FAQ bots, and chat-based API and map agents. Additionally, the consultant develops use-case evaluations, tests prototypes with users, and recommends infrastructure strategies to scale successful prototypes into secure, cost-effective, and sustainable products. Eligible bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations. The buyer requires all work to occur offsite. For the budget, the buyer asks vendors to submit a proposal.
