RFI for Building Management System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a building management system to ensure accurate system operations. The requested scope includes correcting programming or graphical discrepancies, reviewing system alarms, resolving immediate issues, and executing a system shutdown alongside complete database backups for standalone panels and campus-wide systems. Additionally, the vendor must inspect server and workstation health, apply critical Windows updates to workstation PCs, fix BAS graphics errors, broken links, or incorrect data representations, and configure summary trending across the system for diagnostics. The buyer restricts eligibility exclusively to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses submitted online or via email and is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
