The requested scope includes evaluating the current platform, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing a strategic roadmap for future ERP, Financial Information System, and Human Resources Information System direction. The vendor must document business and technical requirements, evaluate organizational readiness, assess market solutions, and identify implementation considerations. Specific functional areas cover benefits administration, bank reconciliation and banking integration, performance management, learning management, and accounts receivable or cash receipts. Eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer mandates offsite work performance for a one-year contract period.
