Cloud-Hosted Recreation Management Software

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, implement, and host a comprehensive cloud-hosted recreation management software system to modernize and centralize campus recreation operations. The required scope includes software functionality for facility access, membership management, program registration, equipment checkout, facility reservations, point of sale, locker management, inventory, accounting, reporting, and communications. The vendor must deliver implementation, configuration, data migration, training, project management, technical support, updates, maintenance, and integrations with university systems such as student data, payment processing, and campus card infrastructure. Work will be performed offsite. The buyer requires a contract period of two years. To eligible for pursuit, the bidder must be a United States organization.
